Security and compliance

What we store: smartSTAT tracks inventory, not patient data. It provides no treatment or diagnostic information. Cart hardware does not persistently store customer data.

Access: MFA is enforced for staff production access. Hospital users can sign in with SSO or MFA. Everyone with access to customer data, including contractors, is background checked.

Agreements: a Business Associate Agreement is available and is attached to our master services agreement by default.

Support: 24/7 support is available.
